Semi-Detached Villa in Guardea: Where Sustainability meets Tradition

In the heart of Umbria, the homeland of our co-founder Maria Boccalini, stands one of Archimama’s most significant and personal projects: a 600 square meter semi-detached villa that embodies our sustainable design philosophy.

A Project that speaks to the Heart

Located in Guardea, in the province of Terni, this villa is more than just a building: it’s a true manifesto of our approach to architecture.
“This project has a special meaning for me”, Maria confides. “It represents a return to my roots, an opportunity to leave a positive mark on the land that raised me.”

Energy Efficiency and Design

At the core of the project is a strong commitment to energy efficiency. The villa achieves high sustainability standards, thanks to cutting-edge systems and optimized solar exposure.
The design pays homage to Umbrian architectural tradition, reinterpreted in a contemporary key. The interiors are designed to ensure maximum living comfort, while the white Tivoli travertine facades offer a tribute to local building tradition.
Overall, the layout of spaces is designed to create a harmonious dialogue between the building and the surrounding landscape.

Our philosophy

This project demonstrates that when sustainability, comfort, and beauty work in synergy, they create truly extraordinary spaces.
