This is the reflection that comes to mind when thinking back to last Thursday evening, November 7th: our studio hosted architects Massimo Capolla and Mariapia Izzo to present “Technical Control in the Execution of Public Works.”<\/p>

In an atmosphere of open and constructive dialogue, various industry professionals gathered in our spaces on Via Settembrini in Milan<\/strong><\/span><\/a> to explore the innovations of the new Procurement Code.<\/p>

Practical Tools<\/b><\/h3>

The heart of the book lies in its immediate practicality: the authors have successfully translated the complexity of the new Public Contracts Code (Legislative Decree 36\/2023) into concrete operational tools.<\/p>

Particularly appreciated was the inclusion of ready-to-use templates: examples of formal communications, forms, reports, assessments, certifications…<\/p>

As well as control checklists, which represent a true “survival kit” for those involved in Construction Management.<\/p>

Experience and Knowledge Sharing<\/b><\/h3>

During the evening, the authors illustrated how these tools simplify professionals’ daily work, especially in light of recent regulatory changes.<\/p>

Of particular interest was the “quality” procedure proposed in the book, which includes all necessary documentation for technical control: a systematic approach that can make the difference between effective process management and the risk of disputes.<\/p>

And so, more than a simple regulatory analysis, the meeting transformed into a lively opportunity for exchanges and perspectives.<\/p>

A Continuing Dialogue<\/b><\/h3>

The evening continued with a more informal networking moment, where we could also appreciate Architect Capolla’s culinary skills, who delighted us with a traditional “torta al testo”…<\/p>

…who would have thought that, beyond public contracts, he also knew the secrets of Umbrian cuisine?<\/p>
